Adjusting Account
Balances in Web
Sportsman
allows you to reduce a customer’s account balance by applying adjustments according
to your business practices when activities are cancelled or a patron desires to
withdraw, etc.

To begin,
navigate to the customer’s account screen by selecting [Action] > [Lookup
Individual].

In the
patron’s Profile Information screen, select [Account Details].

Select the
charge you want to reduce, then click [Apply Adjustment].

Enter the
adjustment type and amount, enter any notes pertaining to the adjustment, then
select [OK] to proceed to the cash register.

From the
Cash Register, select [Checkout], then finish the transaction.
