Adding Facility Features
In this document we will go over how to add different
Facility Features. It is recommended that you add these before you start
defining your Facility to make the defining process go faster.
Prerequisites: The user permissions to define Facility within Sportsman is
required to set up Facility Features.

Adding New Facility Features
To begin navigate to Define>Facility>Feature as
shown below.
Next click [+Add] Button
Now add in the new Facility Feature and abbreviation as shown
below. You can also change the Icon, and put in that the feature requires a
quantity when room is reserved. In this example we are adding banquet tables so
a quantity would be necessary. Here you can also put in the class type, to
learn how to add a type see the ‘Adding Facility Class Type’ document. ***Note*** If you add a class type under the ‘Applies to
Park Class’ drop down this will limit the features to just that
class type when you go to add them in the define Features section.
Once you have added your new Facility Feature you can head
over to define your Facility/Parks. Here you will have an option to click [+Add]
button, and then pick from the list of features you added in the above section.
In our example we added Banquet Tables, and required a quantity of 5.
