Merchandise Categories in Web

 

Using our ‘Merchandise Categories’ feature will help you organize merchandise items, and assist in reporting. If you have additional questions after reviewing this document you can reach out to our support consultants for additional help.

Prerequisites:  You must have permissions for ‘Cash Register Management’ offered by a Sportsman System Administrator.

Creating Merchandise Categories and Sub Categories

To begin, navigate to Define > Activities for Registration to proceed to the Define Activities screen.

Next, you will need to create a new category. Click on the [+Add] button on the screen. For our example, we will create a category called Clothes and Click OK.

 

 

Next, we are going to create a Subcategory. Click on the [Add] button on the bottom left.

Next, you will need to create a new subcategory. Click on the [+Add] button on the screen. For our example, we will create a subcategory called Shirts and Click OK.
