Adjusting account balances
Sportsman allows you to reduce a customer’s account
balance. This allows you to apply
adjustments when activities are cancelled or a patron desires to withdraw, etc.
Look up the customer
> View financial details for current individual > Select the charge
you want to reduce > Apply Adjustment
Select the Adjustment type and amount and type in a reason
why you’re adjusting the balance due.
Proceed to cash register > Checkout > Finish sale
Lookup customer > Financial details and see the
adjustment made.
