Extended Memberships
The extended membership feature was designed to help with closures or
delays that make it impossible for members to utilize their pass for a given
time. When you use this utility, it will not affect recurring payments or any finances,
this option simply allows a temporary freeze on a membership if a circumstance
arises. Below we will outline how to extend your memberships by date or by a
specific number of days.

Extending Memberships
To begin navigate to File>Utilities>Extend
Memberships as shown below.
The ‘Advanced Membership
Expiration Dates’ window will populate. At the top,
you will see the ‘Membership Type’
drop down, here you will select the Membership you wish to extend.
Next select the ‘Duration’ the
extension applies to. You also have the option to only extend memberships that
are set up for recurring by checking the box next to the ‘Recurring Only’.
Select the memberships that will be affected by the extension in the ‘Which Are Active as of’ option.
Next you will need to choose to extend either by date or by days. You can
select a date that is in the future or even in the past. Selecting a date in
the past will push all memberships, even if it is already expired up to the new
extended date. For example, if you have someone that was two days from expiring
but you had to shut down your center for one reason or another, you can extend
the time out so that when your center reopens the person will still have two
days left until they expire.
When completed, click [OK]
