Admittance Privileges

Admittance Privileges allow us to differentiate the rights of a given membership.  For example, if we have an outside pool, business locker room or workout room.

IMPORTANT:  If your facility does not differentiate, you still need to set up at least one Admittance Privilege, for example: Main

 

To begin Go to File > Maintain Tables > Memberships > Admittance Privileges.

 

Click Add

Add your Admittance Privileges for your facility such as your Pool or Workout Room.

 

If you all memberships have the same priveleges, simply create one.  Fill out a brief description, abbreviation.  If you would like to restrict the privilege based on gender or age, check those boxes. Click ok and your done.
