Admittance Privileges in Web
Admittance
Privileges will allow you to differentiate the rights of a given
membership. For example, if we have an
outside pool, business locker room or workout room. Even if you only have one
admittance area you must differentiate, at least one Admittance Privilege, for
example: Main Entrance could be used.
This Document will cover:
ü Creating new Privileges
ü Configuring a Privilege to a Membership
Creating New Privileges
To begin Go
to Define > Memberships >
Admittance Privileges.
Next, click
the [Add] button.
First, you will need to
add the description and abbreviation for your admitance entrances. For Example:
Pool, Main or Gym.
If all your memberships have the same priveleges, simply create one call
Main Entrance. If you would like to restrict the privilege based on gender or
age you will need to check the bubble next to the correct allow option as shown
below. Then click [OK] when you are finished.
Configuring a Privilege to
a Membership
To configure
a privilege to a membership you will need to first navigate to Define>Memberships
Types. Once there you can select the membership type that needs a privilege
or add a new one. If you are adding a new Membership and you do not know how to
do so, then you will want to read the Membership Type documentation. If you
have already created your memberships and you just need to add the privileges
to it, follow the steps outlined below.
After you
have selected your Membership click the [Edit] button.
Then, click
on the ‘Admission’ tab and click the [Add] button.
Next you
will need to select all the privileges one by one that apply with this
particular membership. For our example this membership only has access to one
door the main entrance. Once selected click [OK] to
add it.
