Entrance Locations

 

The Entrance location is required for tracking Admittance and for Admittance reporting purposes. Each workstation that accepts membership admittance will be required to specify an entrance location.  You will need to define an Entrance Location before setting up your admittance hardware and having members checked in to the facility.

Example:             Main entrance, pool, workout room

IMPORTANT:     Even if you have only one entrance location, you still need to define one such as main entrance.

 

Go to File > Maintain Tables > Memberships > Entrance Locations

 

From here just click Add, and put in a brief description and abbreviation click OK.
