Set Memberships to Allow Recurring Payments

 

In these instructions we will:

·         Set up memberships for recurring payment

·         Configure membership types for recurring payments

 

*Special consideration / User access:*

Admin rights needed to make changes to site configuration.

 

To set up memberships to allow recurring go to File > Maintain Tables > Memberships > Membership Types  

Click on the membership you would like to set to recurring and click “edit”

You should see this screen.

Near the bottom of the screen change the option from “Non Recurring “to “Recurring Allowed”

Click ‘OK’.

 

To allow for the system to prorate the membership fees for recurring memberships go to:

File > Administration > Site Configuration > Membership Tab

Click on “Recurring membership settings”

 

From this screen you can set up how you would like the system to calculate prorated amounts for recurring memberships.

 

Once you have updated the prorate options, you will click ‘close’.

*Make sure to click ‘OK’ before exiting the site configuration, otherwise changes will not be saved*
