Troubleshooting Problems

1.       Make Sure Portal Runs on The Machine Interactively.

2.       If it works inactively but does not work as a service.  The problem is likely rights.  When running as a service, the default is Local Machine.  This may not have enough access rights to see the pictures directory or the SQL Server.  Try right clicking on the Service, go to Properties and the LogOn tab.  Try running the service as a user that has full access to Sportsman.  This user will need full access to the Sportsman Network share and also the C:\Program Files (x86)\Peak Software Systems\Sportsman directory.
