Registration Questions in Web
Sportsman
allows you to ask customized questions when a patron registers for
activities. Registration questions are a
convenient tool to obtain information from patrons during the registration
process. For example, as part of the
activity you may be providing T-shirts; Sportsman allows you to ask what size
shirt to provide, and to associate a fee based the patron’s response. You may also need to ask about allergies,
interest in volunteer coaching, favorite player number or other items. You set up Registration Questions in a table
so they are ready to be used when defining your activities. Once you have set up questions, you can
return to the Registration Questions table to edit their descriptions, change
fees or make them inactive.
Note:
If a question was not added in the question registration table you will not see
the questions show up when defining the activity, however you can add questions
to your table during the process of defining your activities.
Prerequisites: You
will require permission in Sportsman to define activities.
