Renewing
Your Sportsman License
This document will show you how to
renew your license along with renewal and payment options. You must renew your
software license (Customer Care Contract) before we can send you an invoice or
take payment. If you are an Administrator user in Sportsman you will start to
get a popup renewal reminder 30 days prior to your license expiration. If you are not an administrator user you will
receive a popup 10 days prior to your license expiration.
Your Sportsman License includes
unlimited technical support and online training from our Technical Consulting

Prerequisites: You must be logged into Sportsman as an Administrator or System
Administrator to renew your license.

Sportsman Renewal and Payment Options
Terms:
Sportsman can be renewed for 6 month or 12 month
terms. The 6 month pricing is more than half of the 12
month pricing. If you are a seasonal only facility please call our Sales Department
for terms and pricing. If you have
multiple licenses that share a common cloud database (we refer to as Multi
Site) you will have the full Cloud pricing charged on the invoice for the
primary site and a smaller Cloud price listed on the secondary site(s) invoice. Please call us if you wish to align renewal
dates for your primary and secondary sites or change your regular renewal date
for any other reason.
Payment Options:
You can choose to receive an invoice with 30 days net payment terms or
you can pay on the renewal screen with a credit card at the time of the
renewal. If we will receive a check payment within 30 days of the invoice date
you can deduct the ‘cash discount’ which is noted at the bottom of the invoice
(below the invoice total). Historically
this is a small percentage and is subject to change. You can also call our Billing Department to
pay an outstanding invoice by credit card.
In some cases we can accept a ACH payment. If you are interested in that, please call
Billing.
PO:
If you have a PO you can enter that in the renewal screen and it will
appear on your invoice. If you REQUIRE a
PO before renewal, please call our Billing Department so we can update that on
your account.
How to Renew Your License
1.
Log into Sportsman as an
Administrator or System Administrator.
If you have a popup reminder that your Customer Care Contract has
expired you can click on the [Renew Now] button
and proceed to Step 4 below.

If you do not have a
popup, navigate to File>Administration>Licensing/Renewals.
3. Then click on
your site to highlight it and click the [Renew/Edit]
button.
4. Review your
license modules to be sure you have the modules and concurrent users you
need. The licensing screen will have
check boxes already populated for the modules you are using. Please review these check boxes to confirm
your renewal modules.
If you need additional concurrent users you can increase the number in the Users Required box to what you need. Our system will only charge you for the
additional amount over the number Included
in the modules you use (most modules add to the number of concurrent user
logins you are provided).
If you need to remove or add modules please call our Sales Department to
discuss the additional costs, setup, training or savings and so that we can log
those changes to your account. Please note that Cloud Hosting will show on the screen but you cannot uncheck
this option. Please call us for
assistance if you want to remove Cloud Hosting.
5.
On the lower part of the
screen select Renew For as 6 or 12
months and then select Send Invoice
or Charge Credit Card. You can also enter a Reference PO # on this screen if Invoice is
selected. If you want an invoice emailed
to you with your credit card payment please enter your Email Address. Once you have made your selections, click [Renew] in the lower left.
